After moving to Michigan for a short time, she quickly realized why our snowbirds escape the bitter cold winters and fly to SW Florida. With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, April joins Home Matchmaking Realty as she breaks into her 3rd year in real estate.

Coming up on my first year of being a homeowner, thanks to April Emil. A year ago I had gotten together with April with interest of buying a home. I never thought that I would ever be able to own my own home. April made it happen! April didn’t just sell me a house, she sold me my forever home. A place where my daughters could call home permanently, a place where my daughters never have to worry about packing and moving again or the worry of where we are going. They have security now!
