Codie was born and raised in Southeast Missouri. He has a go-getter mentality with the attitude to
always succeed in whatever he puts his mind to. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a
Bachelors of Science in Education.

Before choosing Real Estate, Codie has always worked with the public, working in the service
industry and being an educator for 8 years. He has a passion for helping people succeed and
accomplish their goals. His goal is to make sure his clients have a pleasant overall experience.

Codie and his family are frequent travelers. Having traveled to many states in his life, Florida is where his heart is. Whenever he isn’t helping clients find their dream homes, he is exploring
beaches and traveling with his family!
