Joel’s family history goes back almost 100 years in Punta Gorda where his grandparents first put down roots building a large family of leaders in our community. The love that Joel has for Charlotte County and the dedication he gives to bettering our community is everything Home Matchmaking Realty strives for in our team members. Joel spent 15 years in California where he grew a true talent for connecting with clients and building a trust to ensure each person is taken care of.

When Joel is not helping clients you’ll find him out on his boat in the Charlotte Harbor, at CrossFit, or downtown Punta Gorda with his family and friends. Making sure his clients are happy comes hand in hand with his work at Sallie Jones Elementary School teaching Physical Education. His passion for going the extra mile for his clients sets him above the rest. Joel and Miki go back 6 years to their CrossFit days together, and since then Joel has been following along watching the real estate industry evolve. When Joel decided to get back into selling homes, he knew that Home Matchmaking Realty’s team-oriented environment was the only option for him.
