Britney is a Florida native, born and raised in different parts throughout the state and finding her way back to Port Charlotte to put down her roots. Her interest in real estate started when she closed on buying her first home with the help of Miki as her realtor. Her excellent eye for detail and desire to help is what drew her into the Transaction Coordinator position in 2020. Britney is our clients’ guide behind the scenes making sure everyone is always updated in the process ensuring an excellent buying and selling experience.

Checklists and coffee fuel her energy and sending out our brownies after closings is one of her favorite parts of making the client experience fully enjoyable. Being able to work among individuals who focus on a growth mindset and continuing to always better themselves is one of her favorite aspects of the team. Outside of work, Britney is spending time with her husband, son, cats, and pup Chester. The arts have always been a focus of Britney’s, especially photography and music. Her band Murder Afloat is known for their hardcore metal sound with Britney’s leading vocals creating magic.
